I use ImageReady to copy slices from one psd to another. Do you have any ideas? I work on homepages that contain upwards of 30 slices. Then I select all slices and copy. Now we have upgraded to CS3 and ImageReady is no more. I have tried to copy slices from one psd to another but when I do that it brings in the slice layer with it. I only need the slice transferred.

Image slicing — Also known as creating image maps. Add URLs to navigational graphics by sectioning parts of an illustration or photo.
The URLs link the image to other sites on the web. You create your layers as if they were frames. On the right hand side of the Animation window you will see a fly out button Tiny little down arrow. Click the arrow and it will bring up a bunch of options. You can then tweak the timing for each layer. I still have no idea why you cannot easily import the animated gif files considering all the animation tools are present in the actual application.
But when I uploaded my avi, it was just a bunch of blank frames. Is this unusual or am I just being stupid?
