Should i keep lycanthropy in skyrim

I haven't had any other quests related to lycanthropy other than the companions ones, and so I'm not sure if I'll need it for future quests.

Also, the resting bonus doesn't bother me i don't even know what it does. However, for roleplaying purposes I don't want my guy to be a werewolf. I just don't want to miss out on any quests. To me its not entirely worth it.

I'm a mage so going into beast mode doesn't have much use. And the rested or well rested benefit is better imo. I've gotten rid of it and as far as I know, I haven't found any quests that require me to be a werewolf or not with the exception of finishing the Companions questline.

I just finished the Companions Quests and now I'm debating on whether I want to lose the wolf form or keep it. From what I've seen the advantages of wolf form are immunity to disease and an easier way to kill some opponents.

For RPing purposes, I chose to get rid of it. My biggest issue with it is lack of being able to interact with items while in the form. That's bad when you're a klepto. That, and I hardly ever remembered to use it.

You'll get so stacked by end game if you do the right things Smithing and Enchanting are your friends that you straight up won't need it. I recommend ditching it. Formerly known as: Ultimate Armor X. I was like, eww Werewolf. Another character, I was more used to the idea of werewolf and I stayed werewolf the whole playthrough. I mostly liked it for disease immunity, which is very annoying in the beginning of the game for me. And not having sleep bonus made me worry less about optimizing my progress rate and it was more liberating and I honestly couldn't tell the difference.

I even stopped using guardian stones in favor of Lord Stone. I never used the werewolf transformation. And even after you cure your lycanthropy you still can't get these buffs thanks to a bug, unless Beth fixed it by now.
